Built from the work business owners actually face.

Stewart Bookkeeping and HR was founded by Tina Stewart in Weed, California, after more than two decades of integrated leadership across human resources, payroll, accounting, compliance, and business operations.

Tina has managed full-cycle accounting, budgets, forecasts, financial statements, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, safety programs, and audits. She has also owned and operated multiple small businesses, giving her an owner's understanding of limited time, competing priorities, and the need for solutions that are both sound and workable.

Today, Stewart Bookkeeping and HR gives small and growing organizations access to experienced back-office leadership without requiring a full-time executive hire. Every engagement is approached with accuracy, confidentiality, clear communication, and steady follow-through.
